Mission
Our program’s mission is to provide a nurturing environment in which all work together to create a community where children and youth have a sense of belonging, feel cared for and are accepted.
To fulfill our vision and mission we strive to provide programming that nurtures spirituality; explores beliefs; develops faith [in what?]; fosters a sense of morality, ethics and values; integrates the seven principles into daily life; cultivates respect and appreciation for diversity; develops a sense of Unitarian Universalist identity including knowledge of our heritage; creates a familiarity with major world religions; instills a sense of moral imperative to work for social justice and stewardship of the earth; and to build a foundation for a lifelong search for meaning.
