Registration
Families that attend regularly should fill out a registration form to provide us with health and family information. This aids in communication, record keeping, and planning programs. It also explains volunteer opportunities within the program. In our cooperative church school we share the responsibilities and ask everyone to volunteer to assist in some way in the program.
